Universal Truck Equipment, formally known as Universal Highway Products, started building snowplows in a small shop located in Trempealeau, WI over 40 years ago. In 1994, Gene Dubiel & Dough Erickson purchased the business and renamed it Universal Truck Equipment, Inc. In 1997, Donnie Bjorge bought into the company. A new facility was constructed in 1998 between Centerville & Galesville, WI. Since then, we have been slowly growing & expanding. In 2004, Rich Kiekhoefer became an owner, and an additional office & showroom was added. In 2017, Donnie & Rich bought out Gene. Both owners are very active in the business as Donnie is the sales & office manager and Rich manages the shop and oversees all maintenance and site upkeep.
Universal has been manufacturing “Universal” snowplows & wings for 40+ years. They also started making their own underbody scrapers in 2009 and tailgate sanders in 2020. Universal's main goals are quality and customer satisfaction. From start to finish, their employees take pride in what they do, with workmanship that is second to none!

Wright Trailers has been selling and manufacturing equipment trailers in Southeastern Massachusetts since 1984. A third generation company started by the owner Dan Wright, after his retirement Dan's son Steven took over the company's day-to-day operations. Wright Trailers specializes in building trailers to a higher standard than the industry. These are trailers made to work and be worked, unlike the cookie-cutter mass produced models sold by their competitors. Wright Trailers also build one-off custom trailers to fit any need including platforms for the popular Tiny Homes, and also trailers to move portable restrooms.

Perma-Line Corporation (www.perma-line.com) was founded in 1958 by Ray Borgatti, Sr. We have been serving the sign and plow blade consumer for over 60 years.
We were one of the first thermoplastic line companies applying lines to the highways and roads in New England. As a manufacturer of traffic and street signs and a distributer of many traffic safety supply products, in the winter of 1994 we added plow blades to our product line. Our vast inventory of cutting edges consists of 1/2” or 5/8” & 3/4” along with carbide blades, to serve municipalities, plow contractors, and the landscaping plow community. In 2009 we entered into relationship with Chemung Supply’s Evolution Edges.
With the help of sales rep Calvin Garner, our relationship has been smooth with Evolution Edges’ dedication toward perfection of the edges they produce, as well as getting the blades to our facility, and in turn it enables us to sell to our customers. With regard to the winter weather in Boston we have had in the past three blizzards, Evolution Edges was able to procure 5 truckloads of blades in a two-week period. Something positive can be said for a family-owned business with the understanding of how dynamics work. They have been very accommodating to help with our needs.
