Our manufacturing operation was designed from the ground up utilizing lean manufacturing practices and automation to ensure a very efficient and productive facility. No one in the industry can boast of a more modern, high performance operation used to produce their winter products.

Within our manufacturing operation we utilize the latest CNC machines to punch, cut and mill our steel edges and carbide blades to exacting tolerances, ensuring reliable performance for our customers in terms of product fit.

Our brazing process is performed using the latest induction heating equipment coupled with an automated conveyer to control the soldering process to exacting parameters. Our carbide blade edges and carbide insert shoes are heated to over 1400 degrees Fahrenheit during this process to ensure a permanent bond between the carbide inserts and the steel.

We also offer a full fabrication shop for a variety of snow removal products, including: rubber snow plow blades, plow shoes, plow guards, sander chains, and new and innovative technologies. Utilizing state-of-the-art CNC burn tables, cutting and bending machines, and certified welders on staff; we are able to provide you with the broadest array of winter wear parts for your plowing needs.
